FPL suggests:

1) Cool your home at 78̊ or warmer. (82̊ or warmer is ideal for when you're not at home.)

2) Heat your home at 68̊ or cooler. (You can use the "auto" control feature on the thermostat. Another trick is to keep it at 65̊ or cooler when you're away or sleeping.)

3) Install a programmable thermostat. (Done! One comes in every apartment to help you conserve AC when you're out of the apartment.)

4) Clean or replace your air conditioner's filter every month. (If you ever need help, don't hesitate to call our on-site team of maintenance professionals.)

5) Turn off your ceiling fan when you leave the room. (Not only does Satori already come with programmable thermostats in every apartment unit, but thoughtful insulation techniques keep rooms cool without requiring excess air for leakage. Your rooms will always be perfectly conditioned, without waste.)

6) Avoid pre-rinsing dishes before they go in the dishwasher. Who likes dish-wash prune hands anyway?)

9) Clean the lint filter in your dryer. (Your clothes will dry faster, so your chores will end sooner!) Checking on them as they go will also help you determine the soonest you can turn your dryer off. Or you can...
